I invested in Advanced Health Scan, or should I say Advanced Health Scam. I invested in Advanced Health Scan over 2 years ago and I have never seen any money from "Advanced Health Scan". Everytime I call I get the run around tje block. I found this post when I looked at Advanced Health Scan on the BBB and saw a F rating. I do not think the people at Advanced Health Scan are in the medicals industry at all, they seems to be just keep raising some money. If you have invested in advhealthscan.com please email me. I just got a call from somebody at a company called elifecare solutions and it seems as if it might be the same crooked people behind that one because i never called them or anything like that

I signed December,2006 with Advanced Health Scan. I was promised that the inland Empire facility would open in about six weeks. I was also told that I would receive back my investment within the first year. I have not received a penny to date and I don't hear from them unless I call or unless they call asking for more investment. I am very suspicious as to whether this is a scam. I recently received a call from someone who said he was calling from Inner City Diagnostic which does health scans and that they have a center in Southern California. They also said that they are looking for investors in a similar facility to be opened in Texas. When asked where they got my number I was told that they buy the contacts. I am very suspicious of this Advanced Health Scan.

I pulled out a personal loan in 2005 for more money than I make annually... and put those funds into this advanced health scan investment. I used to have extra savings for emergencies. Now I am homeless (living with friends and family for the past year) working 80 hours per week trying to stay out of bankruptcy.

I also made a large investment with Advanced Health Scan/Scam on March 7, 2006 and like all of you have had the same results! At this point, I would be very happy to just get my investment back! I'm sure you all feel the same as I do! There has got to be a way we can stop this scam and see that our investments are returned to us! If anyone has any ideas or is in the process of looking into these folks, please let me know.

I also invested into the so call company in November 2006 and have not received anything from them. I was once contacted in 07 and encouraged to invest more money into the company and to get others to invest to. When I wanted more proof of the progress, I was never contacted again. We invested in this company about 2 years ago. We have received nothing except the runaround. I have called numerous times to hear "No one is here at the moment, let me have someone call you back", and not a word. I have called the office number at the 10681 Foothill Blvd and there is never an answer or an answering machine. The one receptionist at the 1-877-520-0091 (the 877-328-2322 is out of service)that I have talked to doesn't even know the website for the company that she works for.I think this investment is a crock and the owners/partners in this are crooks. I am not sure what any other investors are doing, but I am filing several complaints against them. And for all those saying that this business might turn around, isn't 2 years + some, a bit long to see a return on your investment?

I'm sick and tired of people like this taking people's money. I've learned several lessons the hard way. I've learned NEVER to invest in another IPO, any young company ever again.
I've lost so much with companies like these. It's two years with nothing to show for it. I called Advanced Health Scan today and they gave me a Dr. Smith's number. When I called him, he answered and I started raising my voice at him, asking him where the hell is my money. He yelled back saying "it's not my fault."
Well, after we both calmed down, he told me to email him and he will update me on what's going on with the company. A bunch of bull. I don't think this company exists.
Guess what, Dr. Smith gave me a hotmail email address. What business use a free email account? This was a cleverly planned scam. Don't count on getting any monies back. However, we need to prosecute the suckers.

I should have gone with my gut feeling, but hope and trust caused me to risk my $. My initial Due diligence came up clean.
I'm afraid that I too was taken advantage of trusting A salesman by the name of James Peck, regarding Advance Health Scan. He's still calling me with another investment opportunity, called US Oil and Gas, a pink sheet IPO. I haven't confronted him with AHS scam. He seems to know the principles players involved and he told me that Tax K1 and checks would be comming out soon,thats a lie. "I'll believe it when I see it". Although I did recieved a 07 K1 tax statement last year, showing a net loss due to delays in opening the center. Then the Cancer

Did anybody else get a call in Sept. 08 from some excited individual stating the center was finally open? Then later I received a call for a new Investment opportunity with some new scanning equipment going into a local Hospital. Then later I got a call on a Sunday afternoon in late October. I spoke with him (the big cheese)(Dan Caterino)for about 45 minutes, he assured me things were back on track,and checks would be comming out late Jan. Feb 09. The next day Monday a salesman called again selling the Hospital deal. I said Show me the money from the first investment then we'll talk.

I think we are all on the same boat. The AHS facility of EBT2EBA scan technology and later changed to VHS technology and then to something else from 2005 thru 2007 and then partnering with GE on the scan technology.
As someone else pointed out they were finally supposed to be operational in Sept 2008. Selling the same story to everyone and contacting for additioanl investments thru other channels, although the receptionist herself has no idea about the product. This is increasingly unnerving.
I received the K1 tax form for 2007 after repeated follow-ups. Havent received on for 2008 yet. Atleast, can claim the "loss" or "op exp" in tax deductions that the only solace.
QUESTION: Has anyone visited the facility or met any of the General Partners at any point in time?
Is there a common conference number where all of us investors can get on a call at a given time or an email group (yahoo group)? If there isn't any I will call each investor in the next few days to unite the voices. Will form a yahoo group too. PLEASE ATLEAST LEAVE YOUR PRIMARY EMAIL AND CONTACT NUMBER WHEN LEAVING THE COMMENTS. That will help get everyone together on a common platform.

I did receive my K1 for taxes twice , but have not been able to make connections with anyone lately. My contract at the time with Adv Health Scan was BoB Kelley . PS I was and am unemployed healthcare worker.
I would like to be included in any progress towards ANY return of ANY portion of my investment. I've been in for some time, June 05 or 06. My original investment was to be a Dallas/Fort Worth facility that "fell through". I too have been told I'll be seeing my first commissions in about six weeks on numerous occasions. They are very smooth talkers, always knowing just what to say, but never actually producing anything. I also was asked for more money last spring - for the 23 future facilities. No way was I giving a penny since I was told the problem in opening the IE facility was a staffing issue. That, and that nothing I've ever been told has come to be. INVESTORS BE ADVISED!

Is there any up to date information reference AHS?
I invested using an IRA Self Directed instrument. Now, I need evidence that the investment has no value. Else, I will be required to take the note as a distribution and pay taxes. Is there any way I can get a Fair Mark Value statement??
I need a FMV statement of zero to clear this from an IRA account. ANy help?
Well I will give it a shot, I too was an investor and I am still haunted by Equity Trust who administers the self directed IRA that contains the worthless investment. I told them I want to close it as its worth nothing, they asked for the FMV statement of which I have no one who will sign off on it. I finally talked to some one at Equity Trust who advised me to send them all the information I had. 3 years worth of e-mails, and documents including court decisions etc... they write back and still want more! Has anyone else figured out how to resolve this?
