Error Loading Printer Driver
The Error Loading Printer Driver messages (Error 1958) tend to somewhat random. One time it will print fine, the next time the same report to the same printer will cause the error.
There are three (3) major causes General Windows Printing Error
If Windows is unable to print to a printer, the Adjutant generated error can be 1958. Ensure windows can print to the selected printer by printing a test page from the printer property page, or from another application. If other applications are unable to print to a printer, Adjutant will have trouble also.
Printing from Preview Screen
Printing directly from the preview screen will generate a Error Loading Printer Driver at times, using the Print option on the Message Control screen uses a different method of selecting the printer, and does not generate this error
Printing to Network Printer with Spaces in Share Name

KB 287650There is no fix for this issue, renaming the printers so they don't have spaces is the best solution.
