Rental Requirements
- $200 deposit due at time of reservation (Applied to rental rate). Balance of rental due no later than 10 days prior to departure.
- $500 security damage deposit is required prior to departure date. This is secured by having your credit card number on file in case of damages.
- If cancelled within 30 days to 8 days in advance of your rental date, $100 of the deposit will be refunded.
- If cancelled within 7 days in advance of your rental date, no deposit will be refunded.
- Prior to picking up your rental, if you are hauling yourself,we must either see your vehicle in person or you must email us pictures of your wire harness and plug.
- We accept cash, check, money order,credit card, or cashiers check. All balances must be paid in full one week before you pick up or we deliver. You must provide photo ID and proof of insurance must be provided if you will be towing the camper yourself.
- Please return the camper in the same condition as you rented it,cleaned and undamaged or there will be an additional charge of $40 applied on top of the mandatory $60 cleaning fee. You are responsible to sweep the floor with the broom provided, wash any used dishes and put away, and straighten up.
- You are responsible to close the awning during heavy winds, if damaged you will be charged for a replacement. Our insurance does not cover awning replacement.
- A $300 fine will be charged if smoking occurred in camper.
- You will be provided with a copy of the rental contract prior to rental for review and signature. Please return to us at the address on the website.
