Electric Construction Company (ECCO), located in the city of Long Beach, California, is a family owned electrical contracting business established in 1933. We serve clients throughout Southern California including the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Ventura, San Diego and Santa Barbara.

We are a full service electrical contractor with expertise in a variety of related areas. We are fortunate to have over 200 collective years of electrical experience on staff. Most of our electricians have been with Electric Construction Company for over 8 years. Our office support staff not only excels in their specialized positions, but have knowledge of the electrical contracting business as well.

Our fleet is a rolling electricians workshop. Multiple boom trucks and motorized arial platforms (Scissor-Lifts) are called upon for any job requiring working at heights. The vans and light trucks roll for most service jobs. We also have heavy trucks for hauling and delivery. Our fleet is courteously driven and properly maintained and insured. We are radio dispatched 24 hours a day.

We specialize in hard to find parts. Our extensive inventory of hard to find and obsolete equipment, along with our design expertise, gives us the ability in many situations to make repairs of existing equipment by either replacing or repairing/retrofitting obsolete equipment, thereby eliminating the need for replacing a whole system, which has saved our clients thousands of dollars.
