How should I use my trade-mark?
AVOID generic use of the mark at all times. This will jeopardize your mark and could invalidate your trade-mark registration.
You should always:
- use your trade-mark as an adjective and follow it with the common commercial name of the product or service (see below).
- depict your trade-mark prominently and set it apart from any descriptive wording by using a larger font size, different font or different color.
Your trade- mark should never be used as a noun nor should it be used in the possessive sense.
