Recently, we ordered the Montabella pens in 8 colors after being referred by a satisfied Customer of Amsterdam Products. All the process was quite easy from ordering to delivery; the service was efficient and were contacted very fast, a consistent follow up for printing details, etc. We are very satisfied with the product (quality of meterial, great choices, colors, printing quality of image/logo, and we will surely order other products from Amsterdam Products in a near future.

I find the pricing for shipping to Canada enormous. To ship a small box of pens from the USA to Canada ground should only at the most cost $25.00, and I was charged double that. Those shipping charges alone, will not have me ordering from you again.

We have dealt with many different Promotional Companies in our years and many have been good. Amsterdam however tops them all. A terrific array of products to choose from with excellent quality and durability. That is only half the story. Our Accounts reps and customer service are the best in the business. No other company makes us feel as important as Amsterdam does. We are not one of their larger accounts, but that doesn't seem to change the level of professionalism, caring and terrific service they provide. Great Work, keep it up Team.
