HCT 6, MIL‐H‐5606 Petroleum Based Hydraulic Fluid Test Stand
Aircraft Systems uses this test stand for Military aircraft units. Below are some of this test stand's capabilities:
- Test Pressure: 0–5,000 PSI @ 10 gpm; 0–3,000 PSI @ 15 gpm
- Static Test Pressure: 0–25,000 PSI
- Air Pressure: 0–160 PSI
- Pump Drive: 50 hp intermittent (3 minutes); 40 hp up to one hour; 30 hp continuously; Speed 750–5,000 rpm
- Filtration: 5 microns
- Other features: 25 gallon reservoir; Heat exchanger; 3 flow meters range from .15 to 25 gpm; Can be modified to supply 25 gpm @ 3,000 PSI
