After learning Replenish Big Bear will not fill the lake or add to the groundwater recharge, do you still support the project as is?
The Replenish Big Bear project Environmental Impact Report shows the project will not fill the lake nor will it contribute to groundwater recharge unless partner agencies pay to have it pumped into and out of the ground. Replenish Big Bear only allows for a new wastewater treatment plant, the treatment of wastewater and the disposal of water either to Lucerne Valley or Stanfield Marsh.
