CHICKEN
KORMA
Ingredients
1Ib chicken
1 onion
2oz ghee
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
2 cardamoms, crushed
1-2 teaspoon hot chilli powder
11/2 tablespoon coconut
1 tablespoon sugar
5 fl oz single cream
small tin evaporated milk
salt & pepper, to taste
Method
Fry chicken, onions and spice in ghee. Add coconut
and sugar mix together.
Add cream and serve to taste. Simmer until chicken is ready and
cream thickens approx for 15 minutes.
