It didn't come easy...growing this business. When we started, there were only about 100 companies in the nation doing what we do. There was no blueprint for us. We were carving a new path. We started in 1984 in our home, stacking cut shelves up our front stairs. Our first business location was a tiny office on a tiny street that no one ever heard of. We taught ourselves along the way...attending the school of trial and error. We learned from our mistakes, honored our promise of customer satisfaction, invested in technology, traveled to educate ourselves and here we are wondering where the time went. Then, one day it popped up on LinkedIn. "Congratulations on your 39th anniversary!". Apparently, time really does fly when you're having fun. We see our customers (really more like our friends) every where we go and we know that we never could have gotten this far without your trust. So, thank you. Thank you for getting us to this notable benchmark in our company history. We'll continue to honor that trust in the products we build, the service we provide and the promise that we'll measurably improve your life, one shelf at a time.

Diana started Creative Storage in 1984. She has spent decades guiding her customers through the design process. These days her time is mostly spent in oversight and managing although she is still known to occasionally roam western New York with her tape measure and note pad in hand.

Matt comes to us with a degree in furniture design. His listening skills and ability to read the customer's needs is top notch. You'll enjoy his enthusiasm for a job he loves!

Theresa comes to the storage industry from a completely different discipline, teaching! That makes her a great listener and her assesment skills are unparalleled. Her focus is always on function, symmetry, and lifestyle as she guides her clients through the maze of materials and possibilities. Theresa is known for her attention to detail and her ability to visualize.

Rick brings years of large industry experience to our operations. He is responsible for material procurement, job tracking and (say it isn't so) troubleshooting the silly mistakes we make- always trying to improve our processes to avoid those moments in the future.

This national trade association represents all facets of the storage industry; independent manufacturers, franchises and suppliers. The ACSP mission is to educate, promote and heighten consumer awareness. Membership is based on commitment to excellence in customer service, business ethics and construction detail.
