Weekly Rates (in US Dollars):
January through April:
- Main House Sotto (One bedroom plus ): $1100
- Main House Sopra ( Two bedrooms): $1100
- Essiccatoio ( One bedroom) $850
May through October and Christmas/New Year’s holidays :
- Main House Sotto (One bedroom plus ): $1200
- Main House Sopra ( Two bedrooms): $1200
- Essiccatoio ( One bedroom) $1000
Terms:
- Rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday after 3 pm until 10 am the following Saturday.
- 10% reduction is given for the booking of multiple weeks or the booking of multiple units.
- 20 % reduction is given for the booking of multiple units and multiple weeks.
- Additional 10% reduction is given to previous guests.
- Deposit of non-refundable 50% of the total rental charges is required at the time of the booking, with the remainder due on or before 90 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, there will be a refund if the canceled booking is filled with another booking, or a credit is given for a later equal period of time at the same unit.
- Telephone use is charged at cost; WiFi Internet access is free of charge.
- Cleaning and the use of utilities (gas and electricity) are free of charge.
