Dear Dr. Di Stefano,
I am writing to tell you that I am very happy with my tooth implant. I absolutely can not feel the difference between my own teeth and the tooth implant and I am completely satisfied with the work performed by you.
I had never lost a tooth before and although I'm anxious to have a replacement tooth, I was not looking forward to the implant process you described. I was sure it would be very painful. Needless to say, I was delighted to experience that the implant was not painful at all. The evening of the surgery I took only two Tylenol caplets and the following day I took none.
The only difficult thing I can think of in the entire process is the time we had to wait between each step while my gums were healing. I understood that the time for healing was necessary to obtain a perfect fit, but waiting is never easy. My new tooth is now four months old and in retrospect, it certainly was worth the wait.
