The Data InSight City of Ottawa Rate Discount Program is valid for both official and non-official data services to:

• City of Ottawa employees.
• City of Ottawa Departments.
• All accredited Educational Institutions and Students in the Ottawa area.

Proper Identification is required: either an ID card number, A City of Ottawa issued credit card, or a letter of identification issued by a City of Ottawa department.

Canada
The InSight Data Recovery Ottawa Government Rate Discount Program is valid for both official and non-official data services to:

• All Canadian federal, provincial, and local (including provincial universities) government employees.
• Active military personnel and reserve units.
• Employees of international governments (i.e., United States).

Proper Identification is required: either a Canadian Government ID card number or a letter of identification issued by the respective Department.

United States
The Data InSight Government Rate Program is valid for both official and non-official data services to:

• All US federal, state, and local (including state university) government employees.
• Active US military personnel and reserve units.
• Employees of international governments (i.e., Canada).
• Civilian employees of corporations who are entitled or are under reimbursement from the government (Cost Reimbursable Contractors – CRC’s).

Proper Identification in the form of a government ID, military ID or government issued American Express is required.
