Wishing you a very Blessed Holiday. We love you too!
I love your list – LOL From the time I could even remember back to, we always have watched football, usually it was the Dallas Cowboys and then we would go outside and re-inact the plays in the front yard (always 70 to 80 degrees outside in South TX during this season). We would be called in to eat and totally pig out. Now I am older and my kids now follow this routine. Totally awesome.

Our family isn’t really into the football thing, but our musts are:

Gather together to watch the Macy’s Parade
Pig out on all sorts of food we’re not allowed to have during the year
    Take a Nap
Read all the leaves on the Thankful Tree
Go to bed early to get up for Black Friday lol

  5. Patsy Hagen says:

    Happy Thanksgiving!
I am thankful for my family, our health and my computer. lol
I love Thanksgiving. It is a tradition that we are all together that day. We gather around the table and after saying Grace, we each tell the others what we are most thankful for in our lives, then we eat a wonderful meal.

  6. Donna/BLHmistress says:

    Must do’s on Thanksgiving are….

Get together with family and stuff ourselves silly.
    Watch movies and football
    Watch the parades
After I am stuffed take a nap LOL or read

  7. Sophia Rose says:

What a cute idea! My must-dos are very similar to yours except we spend part of these must-dos at our home: football, parade, long distance calls to family far away. Then we go to the in-laws for the big meal and the second football game. And then we end up at our military friends who have no family in the area for dessert and games. Getting up for Black Friday may or may not happen.

Thanks for participating in the hop and for the giveaway opportunity.

  13. Eva P. says:

Well I usually don’t watch the parade, because I work late so I usually sleep in, I try to catch some of the games too. I’m not the turkey cooker by the way 🙂 I will usually provide a veggie tray and biscuits. As far as must-do, really the only one we have is that the whole family has to be present at the table and ready for the prayer to be read by one of our little ones, makes them feel special and very important on that day!

  16. I personally don’t watch football, but if we spend Thanksgiving with my mom’s family, my uncle can’t eat without the game in the background. The rest of us stuff ourselves silly with lots of good food, then lay around doing what we call our “beached whale” impressions, while catching up on all the family gossip.

The only must have that I really do is celebrate my sons birthday with family. He is my turkey baby. He was born two days before thanksgiving so since we spend thanksgiving with family we usually always celebrate. This yr his bday is the day after thanksgiving. Sometimes it falls right on. We do also love stuffing our faces obviously. 🙂
