Patricia Engels has vast experience in international Coaching, Training and Management. Over the last 15 years she has worked  for and with various international organizations as such as Medtronic, Rabobank, Sony, Tele2 & Vodafone, supporting their staff & managers in their personal & business development. She is an expert in human capital development, especially in the field of Management & Leadership Training - Executive Coaching- Management Development Consultancy. In 2008, she set up her own business in this area of expertise, Engels International Coaching, working with people in business & private environments. Furthermore, as a language expert in English, German & Dutch and working with people from various businesses, countries and continents, she has developed an excellent sense for cultural awareness & differences.

Patricia is an internationally certified NLP Coach and completed her professional coaching education with the leading Coaching Institute, ITS, in London, UK. She is also a internationally certified NLP Master Practitioner, a Time Line Therapy® Master Practitioner and a Master Hypnotist and achieved certification with JS-International, Malaga, Spain. She also has a degree in languages and completed various academic level business & management courses. She is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation.
