Trisha's Lullaby Lyrics

Artist: Akira Senju
Title: Trisha’s Lullaby
Album: Fullmetal Alchemist Original Soundtrack 1 (OST for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)

Dormite liberi,
Dulci pueri dormite, caloria et,
Comodus Vester lecti boni.

Osservo te, semper te,
Latus tui costa te, autem solus, mitite,
Latus tui hic sum.

In Somninum plati
Floridus plena, dormite liberi
Dulci mei dormite

Mitite liberi,
Sine pater autem, mitite, liberi,
Visi te tua mater.

Osservo te, semper te,
Latus tui costa te, liberi sine sentite,
Momentum dormite.

In conclave sine mater.
Conclave dum dies saperis…

    Title: Trisha’s Lullaby
Album: Fullmetal Alchemist Original Soundtrack 1 (OST for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)

    Sleep my child
    Sweet little sleep, and comfort
the warmth of your comfortable bed.

    I watch you, always you,
Worn on your breast, yet alone, gently.
I have always been worn by you here.

    Carried away in your sleep
Filled [these flowers], my children sleep
    My sweet children sleep

    Gently children
Without their father yet gently, children,
    Your mother looked at you.

    I watch you, always you,
focused on your breast, without feeling children,
    Sleep time

In the room without your mother.
In the room until the day seem …

  2. A more poetic version:

    Sleep my child,
    Dream sweetly, in the
warmth and comfort of your bed

    I watch you, always you,
I hold only you to my breast, tenderly,
I have always held you to me

    Carried away in your sleep,
In a field of flowers, my children, sleep…
    Sleep sweetly my Child.

    Gently now,
    Without your father, children,
    loved only by your mother

    I watch you, always you,
Your heart I watch, may it have no pain,
    Sleep sweetly my child.

In the room without your mother,
in the room until the dawn…

  3. So sad… I always like when this song is sung in several scene in Fullmetal Alchemist. It’s like the compassion of mother recognizes no boundaries, even if she had passed away like Trisha. 😥 rest in peace, Trisha.
