Cages

It's very easy to make simple toys yourself. On this page I will add parrot toy projects from time to time.
Please always supervise your bird with these homemade toys and DO NOT use poisonous parts.
The toys illustrated on the site are meant for larger parrots. They might not be appropriate for all birds. Before you make any toy for your bird make sure that the construction and materials are safe for that species of bird.
If you have questions about where I purchased these toy parts or if you have a toy project that you want to share with other people, please go to the 'Cages, gyms, aviaries, toys and more!' forum.

Leather lace
Beads
Four wood shapes (or more)

First make a ring of stainless steel wire. Wrap rope around it, wrap the rope tighter in the areas where you've attached the ends of the stainless steel wire to each other.

Then attach the leather lace to the ring and start knotting the leather lace.. (As shown on the upper picture, click on the picture to enlarge!)
Also string some beads on it, to make it more cheerful..
Do the same for the other three leather laces..
