OPF Vs OLF

To prove the effectiveness of Organic Lacto-Fiber (OLF) with oil, the common demonstration is always a glass of water, topped with oil, OLF is sprinkled over the oil, shortly after, a lump is formed with the oil and it sinks.

I have gone one step further.

As we have studied in school, oil and water just do not mix, no matter how we shake them together, eventually oil and water separate.

In order for oil and water to mix, ordinary plain flour (OPF) is added.

The following pictures explains and shows just that.

Pic 1 - Ordinary Plain Flour (OPF) on the left, Organic Lacto Fiber (OLF) on the right.

Pic 2 - OPF and OLF is sprinkled over the oil.

Pic 3 - OPF reacts faster with the oil as compared to OLF.

OPF lumps and drops slowly.

OLF lumps and drops as a whole.

Pic 4 - OPF is still floating while OLF has sunk.

Pic 5 - Additional point, the mixtures are stirred.

Pic 6 - OPF and oil has mixed with water, resulting in a milky mixture.

OLF is gel-like and the water is clearer.

Conclusion, OPF does absorb oil but OLF contains the oil.

On washing the glasses, the glass with OLF was less-oily.

So, controlling fat in our body system does help with Tupperware Brands NaturCare Organic Lacto-Fiber.
