There’s a Special Preview Event at Cryer Ranch in Hayward This Weekend. You Can Come!
This Saturday July 23rd from 1 to 3 p.m., we will be hosting a special Preview Event at our latest and greatest new neighborhood (well, one of them) — Cryer Ranch in Hayward, California. We are really excited about this charming little enclave and we think a lot of your are too! We’ve had a ton of interest in them already and our interest list is getting really long.

Cryer Ranch will offer just 6 homes for sale. They will be set within an existing neighborhood and feature very charming Victorian-inspired architecture with prices that are set to begin from under $500. We won’t have a model home and the sales office is located nearby at our Grand Marina Village neighborhood in Alameda. You can speak to a sales representative there regarding Cryer Ranch. During the Preview Event, a representative will be on-site and ready to answer all of your questions.
These photos are of some of the homes in the existing neighborhood and Warmington did not build them. Ours will be very similar but will have some varying architectural details including paint colors.
