Guild Leader – this is the name of the leader of the Ten Ton Hammer guild. This title is used on both the web page and on the Ten Ton Hammer guild on the Sarlona server. The guild leader is responsible for running the guild bank and leading the guild, administering the web page, and assists the guild captain in any of the captain’s duties.
Guild Captain – this is the name of the second in command, and successor to the Ten Ton hammer guild. This term is seen on the web page only. The guild captain is responsible for recruiting, training (explaining how to use the web page, etc), and is responsible for leading guild officers regarding discipline. The guild captain assists in and participates in all responsibilities a guild lieutenant does.
Guild Lieutenant – this is the title for a guild officer, used on the web page. The guild lieutenant is responsible for discipline, but depends refers final judgement to the guild captain, and some cases can be sent to the guild captain or leader. The guild lieutenant epitomizes the qualities the guild wishes to promote (friendliness, teamwork and competance), and is responsible for meeting possible new members for recruitment.
Guild Officer – This is the title for a guild officer in the TTH guild on Sarlona (the game does not allow other titles. Guild Officers are selected by other guild officers, the guild captain, guild leader from among the members of the guild, based upon merit and need.
Guild Member – This is the name online and on the web page for a member of the guild.
Guild Bank – This is the name
for the guild member responsible for administering the guild
bank. At this time, this job is done by the guild leader.
