Pressure Washing
One doesn’t usually imagine
cleaning cement, but doesn’t fresh appearing
cement look nice?
Pressure
washing is done with a Commercial Grade pressure washer at 3600 psi. The water
is heated to almost 200° Fahrenheit which makes all the difference for
cleaning power. Detergents can be applied if needed, but on a surface that oil
and grim are heavy and soaked in beyond the initial surface, one can expect
about 80% visual appearance. This washer removes paint and glue spots readily
and can take loose paint off a house in the same manner a paint scraper can
but in a fraction of the time.
Grime can
be removed from the exterior of houses, making the paint look much more like
the original color. If you are wanting the house exterior done, it is
important that a window washer follow behind as the grime is readily apparent
on the glass after it has been washed off.
Fences
and decks that are discolored can have a fresh look to them, but brightening
down to new wood underneath can have an uneven look to it, so consider this
when asking for this service.
All
considerations will be discussed at the time of estimation for a job, but
there are always questions, so let’s talk about everything before starting.
We look
forward to getting your place cleaned up!
