Family Fun Day(FFD) is Kappa Xi Omega's largest annual program. A signature progam of Kappa Xi Omega, FFD takes place every August in areas represented by the sorority.

Family Fun Day is an all-day affair composed of games, prize giveaways, and celebrating the students and teachers of underserved educational institutions. Family Fun Day is made possible by sponsorships, community donations and Sorority funding.

Since its inception, Family Fun Day has helped over one thousand youth and provided over one ton of school supplies. Sponsorships and donations are accepted year round.

 

What You Thought You Knew(W.Y.T.Y.K.)

 

What You Thought You Knew is a series of workshops presented by the sorority on various topics through out the year.

W.Y.T.Y.K. was conceived in early 2007 by the Kappa Xi Omega National Community Service Commission as an educational tool for the community. Topics addressed include :

Lesbian Safer Sex Pratices
LGBTQA Financial Practices
Same Sex Domestic Violence
General Health Care for Lesbians

W.Y.T.Y.K seminars are presented through out sorority areas and are typically FREE.
