Zero Impact Chinese Aerobics Exercises

This ancient, "tried and true Chinese workout, called the Rhythm Form, develops and increases aerobic cardio activity, increasing strength, stamina, coordination and balance through repeated rhythmic movement of  both large and small muscle groups with minimum to zero impact, exercising both lower and upper extremities. The routine will also improve flexibility of the muscles and joints as it takes them through a full range of motion, all while still being kind to the body. What if you have a physical condition or problem that prevents you from impact? This is a load bearing exercise which can still benefit you with zero to minimal impact, improving bone health, leading to increased bone formation at the sites where the load is applied. All without pounding and jarring the body and joints and, at same time, it is aerobic. It is knee safe and back safe and will not overly stress the legs and feet. This does not require a track to run on, just a small area will do. There is no jarring impact to the body because this is a low to zero impact form of exercise which can easily fits in with your lifestyle. Work at your own pace and perform the exercises to the level of your ability, we do not believe in trying to "drive a square peg into a round hole".

This exercise system can also benefit:
  • circulation
  • Blood pressure
  • weight loss
  • Increase heart and lung capacity
  • Lower cholesterol levels
  • Reduces stress and tension
  • Improves muscle tone (particularly legs, thighs, hips, abdominals and arms)
  • Increase energy and vitality
