Induction

As part of the blended induction programme you will be shown how to access learnPro NHS and complete the required online induction modules before starting in your new post. The modules cover a variety of topics such as Fire Safety, Manual Handling, Infection Control, Aggression and Violence, Adult Support and Protection, Information Governance and Child Protection.

Mandatory Updates

As part of the mandatory update programme you will need to access learnPro NHS and complete the appropriate online update modules, including Adult and Child Protection, Fire Safety, and Information Governance.

Everyone needs an NHSMail email address in order to login to learnPro and also to receive email reminders to update training courses before the update is due.

If you do not have an NHSMail email address you can find information on how to set one up in the NHSmail Self Registration document found on the Intranet Homepage.

Your Username for learnPro will be your NHS Mail email address. If you have not logged on to learnPro before you will need to follow the "forgotten password" routine that is explained on the login page. A password will then be sent to your NHSMail email address.
