Directors' Notes

All 2023-2024 memberships will expire on June 30, 2024. We allow the month of July as a grace period. If you come to the club after June 30th and have not yet renewed you will be required to do so upon entering. Effective August 1st a $25 late fee will be added to the renewal amounts listed below. Payments may be made in person with the doorman or you may mail your check along with renewal form to the club at: 433 E. Terrace Ave, Lakewood, NY 14750. Please allow a week after payment for processing. Cards must be picked up at the front door, they will not be mailed. Any membership questions may be directed to Gayle in the office at 763-3955.

Applications for new male members will be accepted during the month of July. Each applicant must have a current male member "sponsor" them by signing and providing a current card number. Applicant should complete the entire form and provide return postage on the bottom half of the application. Please do not submit payment with the application. The postcard portion will be mailed back to the recipient after the approval process is complete. Applicants may only submit ONE application. Any duplicates will be discarded. If accepted, first year dues are $150 ($120 plus a one-time initiation fee of $30) which will pay the membership through June 30, 2025. Applications may be picked up at the club by either the applicant or the member sponsoring them.

Auxiliary News

The Auxiliary Board will meet on Thursday, June 6th at 6:30 pm in the board room.

The annual Summer Picnic will be held on Tuesday, June 11th at 6 pm on the outside covered patio (off dining room). 3 C's will be catering a Chicken BBQ. Cost is $15 each which includes chicken, potato salad, tossed salad, rolls, and a brownie. Ladies may bring one guest. Reservations MUST be made by May 30th by contacting Sharon Purdy at 490-4903 or Connie Whitman at 763-0544. Our greeter is Ann Carlson. Helpers are Wanda McKotch and Arline Hazenbrg. Entertainment is from Pat Cook singing "Women of Country".

There are no meetings in July or August. Enjoy your summer and see you in September!
