Tour information:
Join our dedicated tour guides, as you experience a number of attractions on historic Mare Island. Tours run in length from 2-1/2 to 3 hours and longer, and include the inside of the Admiral's mansion.

Sites include the stately Colonial Revival era mansions of Officer's Row, St. Peter's Chapel with its Tiffany stained glass windows, the Mare Island Artifact Museum (Bldg. 46), and the dry docks along the waterfront of Mare Island Strait.

The Museum is open the first and third Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 4pm, and weekdays from 10am to 2pm. The suggested donation is $4/person.

Tour prices (suggested donations):
Small group tours (1-24) - $14/person
Children 6-12 - $5, under 6 are Free
Large group tours (25+) - $12/person

Tours with lunch (large group) - $27/person
For 16-24 persons - $29/person
We cannot offer lunch tours for less than 16 people. On tours by bus, driver's lunch is $15.
Usual hours 10am - 3pm

School Group prices (suggested donations):
Students - $3/student
Teachers and chaperones - $7/individual
