Located on Rochdale Road, the Marble Arch Inn is a pub which also houses the Marble Brewery in the basement. The pub was built in 1888 with a facade of polished red granite.It became a Grade II Listed Building on 20 June, 1998. Inside, the pub has a high, barrel vaulted ceiling, ornate ceramic walls and a frieze. The bar slopes down with the hill! It’s tiled inside and out in lime green, pale green and dark green and there’s even a terracotta tiled ceiling and a tiled, patterned floor.
