One person who has influenced my life was Wilma Rudolph. She was told that she would never race again because she had polio. Despite this fatal disease, sshe managed to keep competing in track competitions. This inspired me to never give up on my goals no matter what the stipulation I am in.
Another person whom inspired me is my father. My father has managed to keep me on the right track. He had molded me into the me into the person that I am today. I do not think that I would be as optimistic as I am today without my father. These are two people who have inspired me!

Banneker finalized the clock at the age of 22 and it continued to work until his death at 74.

ReplyDeleteMy mom influences me to get more intelligent everyday. She always pushes me to get smarter. She checks teacherease everyday to make sure I am passing.
A famous person who has a big influence in my life is Iman Mohamed Abdulmajid . She is a very successful model in America today . She was originally a refugee in Africa whose parents moved to the United States so she could follow her dreams. She influenced me because she showed that it didn't where you came from but if you work hard you can do anything you put your mind to. An infamous person that influenced me is my mother , Debbie Hayslett. She was the first of her ten siblings to earn a college degree. She showed me that hard work does pay off in the end.

ReplyDelete' one person that has really influenced me is coach kyle (works at the MAM). because after the incident with my dad i had no "father figure" to look up too. Not saying he is taking my dad's place or anything i'm just saying that he has become a major part of my life =) . . =) . . =) lol

ReplyDeleteAn influential person ,who over the years I've seen carry their self to new heights ,would be a friend of the family Mrs.Debbie Ann Hayslett. With the sometimes over baring and over whelming job of being the mother of four children ranging in ages from 6-16 ..she always kept strong faith that as long as she's living she will continue to strive for success. Everyday we talk and she just always tells me to keep my head on straight and to always pay attention to what I need to get me ahead !

He showed the world that there is no segregation, and that we are all created equal. Dr.King inspired me to open my mouth and be heard on what I think is wrong and what I think is right.
ReplyDeleteOne infamous person that has inspired me is my cousin, Paul. Paul was a very outgoing person and loved being with the family. He was very talented and I have actually adapted to some of his strange ways. Lost his life to a motorcycle, but in my heart his legacy lives on.

He influenced me to stand up for what I think is right. To not let people run over me. Even now he influences me the more I grow.

When it comes to writing ,she is one person I am proud to say I look up to ..she went through her struggles as a young kid ,but soon realized that she didn't have to keep living her life in the fear that she had lived in for soo long.And from her bad experiences in life ,she learned to express those emotions into awesome literature. She has been through so much in her life and I know if she can do it I can too. She is my everything. And another is Rosa Parks,i choose her because she was brave enough to stand up for her right when nobody else would. And without her doing that I don't know what the world would be like.

ReplyDeleteMalcom X and Sara Suten Seti have influenced my life in a huge way. Malcom X has showed me that anyone can do anything once they put their mind to it. At first he didn't know a lot until he started to read a dictionary. He became a intelligent and a successful man. Set is a black revolutionary and he goes back and forth to Africa more than I could Count. He knows more about our heritage than what we are taught in school.

ReplyDeleteAnother person is the Brown Family. They were on an episode of extreme makeover. They lost a child to texting an driving. They have been so strong through these two years. They started a foundation for Their daughter and sister called REMEMBER ALEX BROWN. They have people to sign a pledge saying they will not text and drive. They encourage me to spread the word about the number one killer of teens. They re a great family.

A non-famous person that influences me is my dad. He is just a laid-back type of guy, and that is what I like about him. He is probably the most down-to-earth guy I know. He doesn't let small stuff get to him. Still as a dad he takes good care of us. He has taught me to enjoy life and be positive even if you don't feel positive.
