Dedicated Concierge
Our Concierge team is happy to assist in arranging activities, dining reservations and more for you during your stay at the Ritz-Carlton Club, San Francisco. At your request, the Concierge can arrange for transportation and will meet you at the airport. You will find your favorite foods and beverages stocked and chilled for your arrival.
Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping services are offered twice daily, the first service is offered from 8:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. and turn-down service is offered from 6:00p.m to 9:30p.m.
Business Center
We have a self-service 24 hour Business Center located in the 12th floor Members Lounge. If you need additional services please see Concierge on duty.
House Car
Complimentary house car is available from 5:30p.m. to 10:30p.m. daily on a first come first serve basis, for trips within a one mile radius of the property.
Fitness Center
Our two-story Fitness Center is located on the Mezzanine Level and accessible 24 hours a day. You can access the fitness center from the lobby level by taking the first elevator on the right to the Mezzanine Level. Enjoy state of the art cardio equipment and strength training equipment.
12th Floor Members’ Lounge
Relax by the fireplace, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, or utilize the Business Center adjacent to the 12th Floor Members' Lounge once you have checked into your Residence. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours daily. The Lounge is a place for all members to enjoy as an extension of their living rooms while in residence.
On-Site Events
Social Hour event takes place on the 12th Floor Members' Lounge from 5:30p.m. to 6:30p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and featuring our house favorite wines. On Fridays, Taste of The City wine tastings are held in the Member's Lounge from 5:30p.m. to 7:00p.m. where representatives of various wineries from Sonoma and Napa Valley present their wines.
Pet Service
We are a pet free property. Service animals are allowed for persons with disabilities.

When it comes to sports, San Francisco is spoiled with its many riches, including The San Francisco 49ers, The San Francisco Giants, The Golden State Warriors and The Oakland Athletics. For game schedules and ticket information, please contact the Concierge.
Alcatraz Island
More than a million visitors tour “The Rock” in the middle of San Francisco Bay each year. Rich in history, this small island has served as a lighthouse (the first on the West Coast), a military fortification, a military prison and a federal prison until 1963. Today, Alcatraz is a historic site operated by the National Park Service and is open to tours. You can reach the island via ferry from Pier 33 near Fisherman's Wharf. Carmel-by-the-Sea
Approximately 120 miles south of San Francisco is a town of European charm, beautiful white-sand beaches and hundreds of shops, art galleries and restaurants – the city of Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Carmel-by-the-Sea combines sophistication and glamour with one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. If you'd like to visit Carmel during your stay, place contact the Concierge for driving directions or to arrange transportation.
Fisherman's Wharf
Known for its historic waterfront, fresh seafood and unique shopping, Fisherman's Wharf offers a little something for everyone. Additionally, Fisherman's Wharf offers some of the most incredible views of the San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge and the city. Wine Country
Only 50 miles north of San Francisco is one of the most important wine regions in the world. Napa Valley alone is home to almost 300 wineries. Although the height of the grape harvest is September through October, winery tours are offered year-round. To allow time for touring, wine tasting and shopping, plan to spend the entire day.
