We do not permit or authorize others to use our equipment or network to collect, compile or obtain any information about our clients, including but not limited to their E-mail addresses, which are confidential and proprietary information.

We do not permit or authorize any attempt to use our equipment or network in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of our services, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any services provided anywhere on the Internet.

If we believe that unauthorized or improper use is being made of our equpiment or network, we may, without notice, take such action as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, sender, mail server or IP address. We may immediately terminate any account, in our sole discretion, without notice or refund in the enforcement of this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send E-mail from, to, or through, our network. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of our rights to enforce this policy.

Unauthorized use of our equipment or network in connection with the transmission of unsolicited E-mail, including the transmission of E-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.

When in doubt, remember that E-mail is not a broadcast medium.
It is a person-to-person medium based on the principle of Prior Consent.
