Farewell to CEO, Jasmine Lee

On 31 December 2009, we bid farewell to our CEO, Jasmine Lee who after eight years has decided to step down. Few weeks before we end the year, we received the surprising news from Jasmine. It was obviously not an easy move for her having started the company together with her business partner, Chung Jaan Hao back in 2002.

Her farewell party was held at Ole Ole Bali restaurant at Solaris Mount Kiara and was attended by the staffs of MNC and DKF. The atmosphere was certainly a cheerful one albeit her departure from the Company.

The CEO role was passed on to Jaan Hao who is the co-founder of MNC Wireless. Jaan Hao brings a wealth of experience in the mobile services industry having been in the industry for more than 10 years. Under his leadership, the Group will continue to thrive on the challenges ahead and diversify the business into the high growth sector of digital marketing.

We wish Jasmine all the best on her new endeavor.

  1. Dearest MNC-ians:
Thank you for giving me a great 8 years! I apologise for not dropping a farewell note as I am horrible at good byes. In addition, I do not believe this to be goodbye. MNC will always be fondest in my heart and I believe MNC will have a glorious future ahead. Keep up the great work at and as Jaan Hao puts it in the farewell card to me, “it has been a great ride!”
    Cheers!
