BTW, this is the only place where you can change your password. Sign-in above and then continue logging in as the dealer.

Telephone support for Mall-Central.com will not be available from June 17 - June 30, 2016. Best way to contact us will be text message at 805-304-4287 or email at support@mall-central.com. Fastest response will be by texting but please followup with an email.

You will be able to check your sales during this period. If your on-line sales do not look right then please let the store know. A simple re-upload by the Store is usually all that is needed to correct the problem. Sales are available immediately after the Store uploads. All sales are recorded at the store. Mall-Central.com sales reports are not official.

The most common problem is you will forget your password. Our system will tell you what your password is if you set up a Secret Question and Secret Answer whenever you change your password. When your password does not seem to work then please read the screen carefully and don't be afraid to ask for your password. Our dialogs have been updated today to make it easier to understand.

When you see something like "Click here if you Forgot Your Password." then use your mouse to click on that sentence. A new window will pop-up and help you retreive your password. A similar message says "Please tell me my password". Please click on that sentence to get the same dialog. If you follow the instructions, your password will appear on your screen.

If you do not see a new window then it may have to do with your pop-up blocker. If you suspect that is the case then turn off your pop-up blocker and let us know. One complaint will cause us to fix the problem.

The Store can also help you with your password or reset it.

Another major problem is Dealers / Vendors / Merchants think they own the Store and hence they will select Store Log-in and become frustrated that their password does not work. We have changed the links on our Home Page and they now say "Mall Owner Log-in" and "Booth Owner Log-in". We hope this clarifies and mitigates the number of support calls we get.

Better yet use email and be concise and give us a description of the problem and the Store name (or ID code) and your Dealer ID. Use the forms at the bottom of most website pages. Our servers have been checked for the Heartbleed attack affecting many
servers as reported by the media. We are pleased to report that our server
was not, nor will be, affected by it.

It is safe to either continue to use your current password or to change your
password, whichever may be most appropriate for your circumstance.

If you do not use your Dealer/Vendor/Merchant ID as a login username with any
other service then there should be no need to change your password on Mall-Central.com.
Passwords by themselves do not allow hackers into other accounts. Hackers need full
log-in credentials to do any harm.

As a result of a recent growth spurt you will see occassional server problems. To manage this new problem we will have to make some major changes to the site. The first step is to move some accounts to a new server. We hope this will be transparent and not cause too much inconvenience to our valued users.

We implemented a minor change on July 29 when going from this page, the Dealer Profile Page, to the Report Page via the Check Your Sales link.

The change is that your password is not transferred to the Report Page.

Many of you never knew this but The Dealer Page and the Report Page are different sections of the site and both need your login credentials.

Many of our users thought they needed to log into their Dealer Page to access their sales. This was NEVER the case. Please consider going directly to the Report Page and/or bookmarking your Report Page.

The only reason to log into your Dealer Page is to change your password, update your personal information, or most importantly, to set up your Secret Question and Answer which can also be used as a hint to recover your password.

Our server was the recipient of a "denial of service" attack today at 4pm ET. We were unable to give any advanced notice to our users.

We have implemented another level of AUTHORIZATION effective immediately. This is meant to keep 'bots away. We think the problem is not hackers but 'bots which are little pieces of software that troll the internet and can disable a server. 'bots are unable to read the instructions on our Home Page. See our Home Page for username and password.

This extra level may become permanent but we hope not. We are looking into other solutions.
