well i went to recovery education center today for resilience at work  course that last 6 weeks it was ok may go back next week but befor  that i took some photos around nottingham

now nottingham has Protesters camped out in the city center i took a few photo

they call this art

so that most of the photo i took today still no fax from Psychiatrist to my gp about me going back on Lithium yet so just have to wait now may phone gp in morning still down cant see any way out of  it at the moment  my head is killing me to many things going around so fast  cant think straight at all need more meds to help only on seroquel 300mg at nite now i.ve come off   Depakote  so  i`m so lost
