MaxStone Productions was founded in 2002 by Chuck Duncan to produced high-quality video projects and web site design at an affordable price. Now, MaxStone Media videotapes and edits everything from wedding videos to TV commercials for local businesses, and many special events including the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Awards Banquet, the annual North County Political Forum Community Service Honors, and the annual Divapalooza charity event which raises money for HIV/AIDS and Breast Cancer services. In addition to weddings and special events, MaxStone Media also CO-produces several television shows which air on public access channels in Anne Arundel County and Baltimore City, including “Cooking With Lee,” “Ujima’s Melting Pot,”, “Let’s Shape Up!” and created a television commercial for the Minority Business Enterprise Committee of Anne Arundel County, which aired on Comcast Cable in various markets in Maryland. Chuck also produces, writes and CO-hosts “Now Showing,” a weekly movie review program. MaxStone Productions has also done post-production work for “Feasty Boys Cooking Show.” In addition to his work with MaxStone Media, Chuck also teaches video production and editing classes for Anne Arundel Community Television, and does freelance work for various Anne Arundel County video productions, including directing “Anne Arundel County’s Minority Business Report” and post-production for “AA County Week In Review.”
MaxStone Media also provided web site design. The company created web sites for personal and small business use, including: Cooking With Lee, Rene Swafford, L.L.C., The Gloria Richardson Bar Association, Divapalooza, Jogging Joe's Let's Shape Up!, Anne Arundel Television Channel 99. MaxStone Media also provides graphic design solutions for personal and business including logo design and creation.
MaxStone Media also offers restoration and preservation services for old photographs, videotapes and audiocassettes and DVD. Old photographs can be restored and preserved, audiocassettes can be preserved on CD or DVD and videotapes can be preserved on DVD or Blu-Ray. These digital formats are ideal to keep important memories safe for generations to come.
For those curious about the name, MaxStone comes from the names of my pets,
Max (dog - R.I.P. ?/2000 - 7/10/2015) and Stone (cat - R.I.P. 15/7/2000 - 21/2/2013).
