Craig Willardson
Chief Executive Officer
 Craig Willardson has served as President and CEO of Moark since Jan. 1, 2006, and was previously General Manager of Moark’s Western Region. Prior to joining Moark in late 1999, Craig was president of two other companies in the shell egg and value-added egg products business. He also held various financial management positions at Denny’s, Inc., and worked in the financial audit department of Arthur Young and Company in Los Angeles, CA. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also serving as Chairman of the American Egg Board.
Allan Dicks
Chief Financial Officer
 Allan Dicks joined Moark as CFO in December, 2009. Prior to joining Moark, Allan served as V.P. Finance for a division of HD Supply, Inc. and in various financial management roles at Dole Food Company, including CFO of Dole’s Packaged Foods division. He also spent nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both the Financial Audit and the Mergers & Acquisition Advisory departments. Allan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant.
Bob Hodges
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
 Bob Hodges has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Moark since May 2006 and has been with the company since 2000. He is responsible for managing Moark’s overall sales and marketing strategies, which include managing Moark’s branded and specialty egg programs. Prior to joining Moark, Bob was Vice President and General Manager of Red Bird Farms in Bear, DE, and Executive Vice President/Director of Sales and Marketing for Sun City Industries, Inc, in Miami, FL. He brings 34 years of experience in the egg industry, both in operations and sales.
Jeff Fowler
Vice President, Operations
 Jeff Fowler joined Moark as VP of Operations in October of 2011. Prior to joining Moark, Jeff served as Senior VP of Operations for Foster Dairy Farms. He has spent over 20 years in the Food/Dairy Industry in various Management, Engineering and Strategic roles at Campbell's Inc., HP Hood LLC, Powerbar/Nestle and Safeway Inc. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee WI.
Mark Rodriguez
Vice President, Human Resources
 Mark Rodriguez joined Moark as Vice President of Human Resources in September 2012. Prior to joining Moark, Mark served as Vice President of Human Resources for Southwest Water. Mark has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources with leadership roles at Ready Pac Foods, the Walt Disney Company and Mars Inc. Mark holds a B.S. degree in Personnel Management from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a M.S degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.
Randy Rutzick
Director of Sales
 Randy Rutzick joined Moark as Director of Sales in April 2010. He is responsible for leading Moark’s Sales Team for both the commodity and specialty egg businesses. Randy came to Moark from Land O’Lakes where over his 29 year career held numerous positions within the sales organization, the last being Director of Customer Marketing and Category Management. Randy holds a bachelors degree in business from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Sales & Marketing from the University of Hartford.
Blair (Skip) Hagy
General Manager – East Division
 Skip was named to his current position in 2007. He previously served as East Division Controller for Moark. Prior to joining Moark in 2000, he was the Controller for Kofkoff Egg Farms, LLC for 14 years. Other experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Finance for Moore Medical Corp. and as Director of Accounting for Coleco Industries, Inc.
David Cisneros
General Manager – West Division
 David Cisneros became General Manger of Moark’s West Division in 2010. He had served as Director of Strategy and Business Development since joining Moark in 2008. Prior to Moark, David was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Sparboe Farms, a privately held national egg producer and marketer. In addition he has held various leadership and strategy positions at Cargill, inc. Cisneros holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University and a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Jerry Welch
General Manager – Midwest Division
 Jerry Welch joined Moark in 2001 as Midwest Division Controller, formerly also holding the position of Egg Products Division Controller. Prior to joining Moark, Jerry held accounting and finance positions with Leggett & Platt and Invensys PLC. Jerry has over 17 years of finance and management experience. Jerry received his B.S. in finance from the University of Arkansas and M.B.A. from the University of Missouri. Jerry is also a Certified Public Accountant.
