R.J. Finlay & Co. acquired the site on June 1 for $4.3 million after the building's largest tenant chose to consolidate nearly 40,000 s/f of its operations to owned facilities. The sale was brokered by the N.H. office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Developed in 1983 as the corporate headquarters for Indian Head Bank, Indian Head Plaza, located at 30 Temple St., is a seven story building that houses AT&T, Verizon, Lockheed Federal Credit Union, and ASG Software Solutions.
R.J. Finlay & Co. will now work to lease the remaining commercial space. It will also look to play an active role in the downtown business community, not only bringing new life to the building, but working closely with local officials and neighbors to help revitalize that part of the city.

Indian Head Plaza joins Hampton's One Liberty Ln. and Bedford's 166 S. River Rd., the former headquarters of AAA Northern New England, as the latest property R.J. Finlay has acquired and will offer class A office space. With access via four exits off of Rte. 3/F.E. Everett Tpke. the building features a three-story atrium lobby, interior finishes of oak, brick and glass, telecommunications infrastructure, and an on-site structured garage and parking lot.
