Tamagotchi
Pokemon Cards
Digimon
Tickle Me Elmo
Furby
Crazy Bones
Yu-Gi-Oh

I remember all of these. I remember them so well...

Even though I hate trading cards.

Those weird little troll things with the crazy hair, Invader Zim, Donkey Kong Country.

They had some pretty awesome fads.

I remember all of those. :P

And beyblades? I guess that could be early 2000's..I'm not too sure on those.(however POGs were early/middle 90's, and yes I collected them. :P)

SkullBlade

Pokemon, don't forget Pokemon. All those fads were pretty lame though. Except Pokemon.

Crazy Bones was never a fad in my school...but the others were.  Razor scooters were another one, and so was clubs.  Clubs were a big, long-lasting tradition though...in 3rd grade, we were so organized that we could've had a successful coup d'etat if we knew what a coup d'etat was :D

Oh, real life fads.  Yeah, I still have my pokemon and yu-gi-oh cards.
Furby was just awesome.
My tamagotchi died.

They aren't as widespread as they were. I don't know one person offline that plays with Pokemon cards.
