Basic Cleaning

Service Provided for Military and Civilians (On/Off Base)

1. Vacuum and / or sweep carpets and tile floors 2. Mop Kitchen and Bathroom floors (no buffing machines) 3. Wipe and disinfect bathroom surfaces 4. Wipe and disinfect kitchen surfaces 5. Clean Mirrors

6. Collect and consolidate dirty clothing 7. Empty trash receptacles 8. Sweep front and rear porch 9. If you would like to change your bed sheets, put clean replacement sheets on each bed

10. ADD ON SERVICES (Not included in General Cleaning): Refrigerator, Stove, Cabinets, Empty Dishwasher, Wash Dishes, Wash Walls, Wash Baseboards, Shower Walls, Ceiling Fans, Trash Area, Windows.

PCS CLEANING

PCS Cleaning (Limited to Military Members on base only)

1. We guarantee that you will pass your inspections 2. Full payment for service is required 2 days before cleaning 3. Lawn Care in not included in your PCS fees...that is extra 4. If you provide light bulb we will replace them 5. We do not repair holes in walls, we cannot paint over writing/marks or smudges on walls 6. We cannot remove dead vines from outside walls

(Your Responsibilities- Steam Cleaning your furniture, replace broken screens, replacing light bulbs, and hardware replacement, and yard cleaning, if you fail for these reasons it is not our responsibility)

Lawn Care Service

1. We cut your grass to meet government regulation (Extra Charges for, bush trimming, lawn edging, weed pulling and garden support)

Power Washing

Separate Fees for
