In May of 2000, Pilot Contracting completed the construction of a new 105,000 square foot facility called "SouthPark Distribution Center", located adjacent to I-275 in Hebron, Kentucky.
This new facility has 28' ceiling heights, precast concrete exterior walls, 16 dock doors with levelers and seals, 3 large drive-in doors, a huge loading dock truck area and parking for over 70 cars. All of the truck and car paving is heavy duty concrete. The building has an Early Supression Fast Response sprinkler system giving its users the ability to install their storage shelving without having to install sprinklers inside the racks.
Currently, 68,000 square feet of the facility is already leased (see floorplan below). The remaining 37,000 square foot of area is available for leasing. The building is also expandable by an additional 32,500 square feet.
