  • Chris began working in the solid waste industry in 1996. He started as a marketing coordinator for a landfill/recovery company until receiving his B.A. from Central College, a private liberal arts school in Pella, IA in 2000. Since then he has developed recovery systems, marketing strategies, and operational plans for numerous solid waste processing facilities. He has had experience in every function of the recycling industry including permitting, grant writing, operations, and market development. Chris recently became a LEED Accredited Professional in May of 2009.

Bobby Colosimo
President

  • Bobby is a 14 year veteran in the waste industry and has become a national leader on solid waste management issues. Together with his brother Tony, they have built the largest independently owned waste hauling business in the State of Iowa. Bobby and Tony have expanded their operations from hauling waste materials, to recycling many of the products their company picks up. Bobby is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Business. He also sits on many boards and committees nationwide in regards to solid waste management, and is a pioneer in environmentally sound waste disposal solutions.

Tony Colosimo
CEO

  • Tony started in the waste business in 1993 with a few trucks and a desire to become a leader in the industry. Since then Tony, along with his brother who joined him two years later, has grown his companies exponentially. Tony’s foresight has allowed him to expand into recycling and landfill diverting operations. He is an active local leader that champions environmental sustainability through meaningful landfill diversion. Tony also sits on many boards and committees nationwide and is considered a pioneer in the waste industry. Tony is Iowa State alum with a degree in Business and Public Relations.
