Gulab Jamun with Ricotta cheese

Gulab jamun without khoya– sounds interesting; specially when its hard to get khoya in stores. You can make khoya at home but, again its a lengthy process. How about making Gulab jamun without khoya yet tasting like with khoya??? Yes! you can make gulab jamun with “Khoya substitute- ricotta cheese”. For the people who dont get khoya here goes one more version of gulab jamun with the ingredients which are easily available in local grocery store in USA.This is definitely not my recipe by but I have tried this recipe and is good.We can substitute khoya with ricotta cheese here in the recipe below.
