I built this nipper up for my girlfriend, however she’s not really into it, in fact she never was, it was just an excuse for me to build it, its a shame i cant stretch it so i can ride it, its so nice, but it is very tiny, i don’t think ive seen a smaller japanese frame. I think it would fit someone whose about 5′ – 5’3 or something like that, i’m not too sure.
