To all of our friends: Although The Streamliner is temporarily closed for dine-in breakfast and lunch, we are happy to brighten your days by offering favorite items from our seasonal Italian dinner menus for delivery using Island Bite delivery service or a touch free take out from our front porch area. We are monitoring the health of our food service team very closely and taking every precaution possible to exceed safety recommendations to ensure our to-go meals are completely safe and of course extremely delicious. Orders will be filled Thursday-Saturday between the hours of 4-7:30pm. In order to maintain quality and freshness of our menu items we will be making a limited amount each day. It is strongly suggested to place your orders early to ensure your choices are available. Time for breakfast. I can't believe it. This place is so good. Fresh homemade poppyseed lemon muffin, to die for! I had the supreme scramble this morning and posted the menu photo showing of all that was in it, an amazing breakfast. People of all ages in here. I just sat down and met a girl from South Africa and one from Italy sitting together talking. They really enjoy their meal as well. Mine was cooked to perfection and then it was all gone! I can't recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed by the Streamliner on Bainbridge Island Washington.

Went with my son early Saturday morning. We hopped on the ferry from Seattle and googled breakfast bainbridge island. This was the first return and rightfully so. While I would not claim myself to be any sort of bonafide judge per se, but…the italian omelet was the best omelt I have ever had. The service was great, the staff was friendly and QUICK, the line was out the door (always a good sign) and the ambience was quintessential pacific NW. Small and rusitc, warm and quaint on an unusually cold day, it was well worth the ferry fare from Seattle to enjoy such simple fresh fare. I recommend without reservation and will return soon. It was a much appreciated change from the “overdunnit” Seattle restaurants. It was simple, yet unique and delicious without being obviously awkwardly ostetatious. The prices were more than reasonable.

We were on BI for two days last fall and wound up eating breakfast at the Streamliner both days. We were 7 days into a 12 day, 3000mi road trip and this was our first feeling of calm after a medical emergency in SD. We had fine service, and Minneapolis has crowded breakfast spots, so we felt at home with a wait and a tight fit. Best buttermilk biscuits we’d ever had, and became a benchmark for the rest of our trip. Eiji in San Francisco gets 4 biscuits. Crescent city, CA gets zero biscuits. Streamliner, you get 5 biscuits for your biscuits and adorable patio.
