Nancy R. Bachman

Nancy R. Bachman, 75, of Wind Gap, formerly of Pen Argyl, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born: July 29, 1935 in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Carl Hoffman and Ruth Butz Wagner. Personal: Nancy was a graduate of Allentown High School, class of 1953. Later, she worked in the office of the former LANECO, in Wind Gap, retiring after twenty five years of service. Survivors: Two sons, Jeff of Brodheadsville, and Scott of Maiden, NC; two daughters, Debi Bachman of Jim Thorpe and Joy Bachman of Wind Gap; two brothers, David Weber of Emmaus and Francis Wagner of Jim Thorpe; one sister, Sandy Graver of Northampton; three grandchildren, David Bachman, Kimberly Bachman and Justin Bachman; one great-grandchild, Branden Kult.. Services: Relatives and friends are invited to call, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 23, at the Schmidt Funeral Home, P.C., 202 West St., Wind Gap. Burial will be held at a later date, at the convenience of the family.
