Auction will be held at: Woodford County Farm Bureau Building, 117 W. Center, Eureka on Dec. 17, 2011 at 10:00am (parking in rear of building)

29.5 acres (more or less) will be sold in 1 tract

TERMS:

1.        10% down day of sale w/balance due at closing within 30 days following auction.

2.        The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a written contract to purchase immediately on conclusion of auction.

3.         A title policy guaranteeing merchantable title shall be furnished in the amount of the purchase price and paid for by the seller.

4.        Possession shall be given at time of closing.

5.        2011 Real Estate taxes shall be shall be paid for by the seller by issuing a tax credit at time of closing.

6.        The seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

7.        Property sells in “as is” condition.

8.        Announcements sale day will take precedence over printed material.
