| Steven is a Founding Principal Partner of TREO. A California Licensed Broker since 1979, he has specialized in the Institutional, Governmental, and Court Receivership REO service industry since 1982. He, along with De'Ann, was a pioneer in the REO outsourcing industry, creating a full-service capability and network for the management, preservation, and marketing of REO properties. He is a seasoned real estate executive, has expert "in the field knowledge," and has vast experience in handling challenging and unique property situations. |

| Steven's primary role for TREO is Supervising Portfolio and Auditing Manager. He consults for strategic buyers, leads due-diligence investigations and value audits on behalf of public and private investors of bulk REO portfolios as well as non-performing assets. He also supervises TREO's direct CA brokerage operations including property securing, value and market analysis and deploying all direct marketing efforts for each property. Steven has performed broker price opinions, established marketing strategies, and successfully sold property for every type of property including residential, lots and land, farms, multi-family, commercial centers, condominium projects, and builder developments.

| He has also he acted as a fiduciary for the Federal Court, compiling and analyzing historical valuation and marketing information for Court Receivers to use in handling large multiple-property loan frauds. He consulted on the real property asset valuations and directed marketing activities and worked with local governments and their Court Appointed Receivers in their seizure of substandard properties and their stabilization and restoration.

| Steven served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1973 as an Infantry and Special Forces officer with service including combat commands in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968 and from 1970 to 1972. He subsequently served in the Army Reserve, during and after college.

| Steven holds a B.A. degree from California State University Long Beach, an M.A. from UCLA, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
