What are the opening times?

1000 hrs to 1700 hrs Monday to Friday
1000 hrs to 1600 hrs Weekends and Bank Holidays
Evenings by appointment

 

What age can you drive karts and cars?

Karts can be driven from 7 years.
Cars can be driven from the age of 12 with one of our instructors.

 

Do you need to have a qualified driver in the car on the learner track?

Yes. A qualified driver needs to be in the car at all times on the learner driver track.

 

Whose car do you use on the skidpan?

You use one of our cars on the skidpan as they get covered in oil.

 

Can you hire the test track?

Yes. The race track is available to hire 7 days a week.  Contact Simon Moore to discuss what you are needing

and he will quote you a price.

 

Can you just turn up or do you need to book?

On the learner driver track you can just turn up if using your own car, but will need to book to use a Tockwith car.

The kart track does not need booking if you have your own kart but will need booking if you wish to hire a kart

or are just beginning and need some initial training.

 

Which are the busiest times?

Weekends and School Holidays are the busiest times.  Weekdays are often quiet.
