WATER named a Finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize 2010
On February 22, the L.A. Times Book Prize Finalists for 2010 were announced. WATER: The Epic Struggle for Wealth, Power, and Civilization(HarperCollins 2010) by Steven Solomon was chosen as one of five finalists in the History category. Prize Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on April 29, 2011 on the eve of the annual Los Angeles Times Book Festival.
