Lovely experience
Tripshock made booking our adventure quick and painless!
Gilligan’s staff was courtesy and helpful, and made it easy to reschedule when our original day got rained out.
Ashley and Lee, our parasail crew were informative, friendly, and fun! They made for a great experience.
To top it all off, I had originally booked for 3 people, but unfortunately our third friend couldn’t make it.
Distracted by the beach and shopping nearby, I totally forgot to cancel the third ticket for a refund before the 24 hour time period came around, so I had just chalked it up to my neglect and had accepted “eating”
The cost of the unused ticket.
To my surprise, I woke up this morning with a credit in my bank account for the ticket we didn’t need. I assume Gillian’s is to thank for that and I appreciate them being fair and generous in refunding my ticket even though I didn’t ask.
10/10 experience all around.
