The kitchen comes fully equipped with a double sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, induction range, rice cooker along with cookware and dinnerware.

The dining area features a widescreen HD TV and your personal storage area for your food.

Private Bedrooms

There are a total of two bedrooms available for rent. Both are very spacious, clean, well maintained and receive lots of sunlight.

They both come fully furnished with a desk, dresser, mirrors and a bed with a set of sheets and blankets. Each room also has its own private bathroom with a bathtub.

A locking door and separate entrance to the building make it feel as though you are living in a motel.

The home is located between Greenwood and Coxwell subway stations on the Bloor Danforth green line. Walking time is about 10 minutes from Greenwood station. During the early morning, a 24hr Blue Night bus runs along Danforth Avenue, making sure you always have a way to get back home.

The neighborhood is safe and is just 15 minutes by bus to the beaches and 10 minutes by subway to Yonge/Bloor subway station.
